You may return an item for refund or replacement within 30 days of the shipment date. If you need to return a product, you must first call our customer service line at (949) 585-9600 in order to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. No product returns will be accepted without an RMA number. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to our always changing low prices, if you return an item that has changed price, we will only refund the current price of the product. All product returns must be 100% complete & intact in order to obtain a full refund. Zero credit will be given if the main article of purchase is missing upon receipt of the return. Customers will be charged a 30% restocking fee for any missing items other than the main article of purchase (i.e. cables, straps), and charged full price for any free items that were offered at the time of purchase.
You are responsible for your own shipping charges. Aiptek is not responsible for return shipments that are lost and/or damaged. It is the responsibility of the consumer to file any claims with the carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments. Aiptek will cover the return shipping for replacements, exchanges, or items that have been sent in for warranty service (return shipping implies the cost to return the items to the customer, but not the cost to ship the items to Aiptek). Aiptek strongly recommends that you insure your shipments using a service that allows you to track the location of your shipments.
